Terms & Conditions - Online Competitions

 

 

1.The Tatua Giveaway contest (the Contest) is run by Tatua Co-operative  Dairy Company Limited (Tatua). Tatua can be contacted in relation to this Contest at our offices by phone on (0800) 482 882, or by email at foods@tatua.com.  

 

2.The Contest will begin on the date that the first entry is submitted and accepted by Tatua and will continue until Tatua, in its sole discretion, terminates the Contest (the Contest Period).

 

3. During the Contest Period Tatua will select a winner from Entries received prior to the competition end date.

 

 

4. The Contest is open to any person who is (both at the time of entry and at the time the contest they have entered is judged) resident in New Zealand, not an employee of Tatua or any of its associated agencies or suppliers and who submits an Entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry (a Contestant, you, your).

 

5. To claim prize, Contestant must:

 

a.provide his or her full and correct name and email address;

b.agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry;

c.follow the instructions of the Contest application; and

 

6. A Contestant can only submit a single Entry to Contest.

 

 

7. The winner will receive a Tatua Consumer Product gift pack exceeding the value of $10 NZD.

 

8. The Winner will be drawn by Tatua from those who enter the contest. Only one entry per person.  No correspondence will be entered into.

 

9. The Winner will be notified on their Facebook page. They will then be asked to provide mailing details so that the prize can be delivered. The Winner must consent to their name being used for promotional purposes in relation to the Contest.

 

 

10. Tatua takes its privacy obligations seriously and we refer you to our privacy policy for this Contest which you can find at http://www.tatua.com/Consumer-Products/Privacy-Policy---Online-Competitions

 

11. In entering this Contest you are providing your personal information to Tatua, and not to Facebook.

 

General Terms

 

12. By entering the Contest you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

 

13. If you are drawn as a the Winner, Tatua will make reasonable attempts to contact you via Facebook and email.  If Tatua is unable to contact you within a reasonable time, or if you are not able to or do not accept any prize, or provide mailing details, Tatua may re-draw the prize and you will have no claim to any prize.

 

14. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

 

15. The Contest and these Terms and Conditions of Entry will be governed by New Zealand law.

 

16.Tatua may vary these Terms and Conditions of Entry and may terminate, suspend, modify or cancel the Contest, any Quiz, or the prizes at any time without notice.

 

17. Tatua will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, however caused, arising out of your participation in the Contest.  To the extent that Tatua cannot disclaim its liability you agree that Tatua’s liability will in any case be limited to the value of the prize awarded to the Winner of this contest.

 

18. You acknowledge that the Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook and that Facebook has no liability to you in relation to the Contest.  You agree to fully release Facebook from any and all liability in relation to your participation in this Contest.
