We specialise in developing and manufacturing butter flavour ingredients that allow dairy ingredients to be replaced with natural dairy flavours for cost-efficiencies.

Our butter flavour ingredients are manufactured from natural, high-quality dairy ingredients. They provide a full flavour and buttery mouth-feel to a wide variety of food products.

All milk is sourced from New Zealand fresh pasture-fed BSE-free dairy cows.

Features:
  • Reduce costs and maintain rich dairy flavour by replacing vegetable fats with dairy flavour ingredients.
  • Mask unwanted flavours (e.g. cooked notes from UHT processes and bitterness from vitamins and minerals)
  • Replace vegetable/shortening in bakery products to enhance buttery mouth-feel and flavour.
  • Round out sweetness in icings and fillings.
  • Add a rich mouth-feel to low fat products.
  • Available in spray dried powder or UHT paste format.
