Tatua™ Ice cream Mix is a ready to use mildly sweetened ice cream mix made from fresh cream. It is suitable for the addition of other ingredients such as honey and fruit concentrates etc. The long life of Tatua™ Ice cream Mix means the mix can be stored unopened at room temperature for up to 6 months.
