Cooking Cream

A reduced fat, long-life cream with superior heat stability. It is ideal for a wide range of sweet and savoury cooking. Excellent coating properties, it is heat and acid stable and does not require further reducing. Contains 18% milkfat.

Applications:
  • Perfect for sauces and cream based soups.
  • Try in your beef stroganoff, potato gratin, cream based curries, spaghetti carbonara, scrambled eggs or hot cakes.
  • Create flavoured sauces by adding flavours such as lemon juice, wine or vinegar without it splitting.
Shelf Life

Has an 12-month unopened shelf life. Once opened, use within seven days.

Storage

Chilled at between 0-4°C at all times.
