Chocolate Cappuccino Mousse
Create an impressive ending to dinner. Serve each mousse topped with a generous helping of Dairy Whip® Lite Whipped Cream and dusted with drinking chocolate. Serve immediately.
Ingredients
100g Swiss milk or dark chocolate
2 eggs, separated
2 teaspoons of gelatine dissolved in 2 tablespoons of boiling water
1 cup Tatua™ Dairy Whip® Lite Whipped Cream
Extra Tatua™ Dairy Whip® Lite Whipped Cream, for garnishing
Drinking chocolate, for garnishing
Method
- Melt chocolate on HIGH in the microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute until smooth.
- Beat in egg yolks, one at a time, until smooth.
- Add dissolved gelatine and mix well.
- Fold in Tatua™ Dairy Whip® Whipped Lite Cream and stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Spoon mixture into 4 x ½ cup capacity serving dishes. Chill for 1-2 hours or until firm.
- Serves 4
