Anhydrous Milk Fat (AMF)

Anhydrous Milk Fat is high quality pure dairy milk fat. It is derived exclusively from fresh New Zealand cream by a mechanical process that removes almost all of the water and non-fat solids. Applications:

Food ingredient in confectionery, bakery, ice cream and many other consumer products. Can be recombined with skim milk powder to produce fluid milk and other milk products.
