Unicorn Freak Shake

Ingredients

50gms white chocolate, melted

2 Tbsp sprinkles

2 Tbsp raspberry sauce or jam

2 scoops ice cream

1 cup strawberry milk

Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream

Pink wafers

Straws

Candy floss

Marshmallow horn - skewer

Method

1. Dip rim of the glass in melted white chocolate then coat in sprinkles
2. Drizzle the raspberry sauce around the inside of the glass
3. Add the ice cream and the strawberry milk
4. Swirl Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream on top
5. Decorate with wafers, sprinkles, candy floss and a unicorn horn
