Tatua exports over 85% of what it produces, which means getting product to customers on time, in full, and to specification is built into how we operate, from production planning through to dispatch.
Our supply chain team coordinates everything from production planning and raw material sourcing through to warehousing, dispatch and international delivery. The same discipline that governs how we develop and manufacture products applies to how we move them.
You can expect orders fulfilled in full, on time, and to the specification agreed, with clear communication if anything changes.
Worldwide Operations
Tatua operates from Waikato with subsidiary offices in Japan, China and the USA, and established distribution partnerships across key markets worldwide. That local presence in major markets means faster response, better market understanding, and relationships built on more than just transactions.

Secure export capability
The Secure Exports Scheme (SES) is an internationally recognised accreditation programme for New Zealand exporters that meet Customs’ secure supply chain expectations.
Tatua was the first company in New Zealand to receive Secure Export Scheme (SES) certification for air freight and holds approved SES partner status for both sea and air freight.
This supports secure, compliant supply chain management and helps minimise customs delays, which is particularly relevant for customers operating in markets with complex import requirements or tight production schedules.
