Whipping Cream
Tatua Whipping Cream has been formulated to provide a superior overrun and performs well in bakery and café applications. It is a long-life cream with excellent properties for piping and decorating and performs well when used in a cream charger. It whips to a stable foam with minimal leakage and has good shape retention. It is also freeze thaw stable after whipping – ideal for foodservice*.
