Baked Banana Splits

Ingredients

4 bananas

400gms brownie, diced

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream

1/4 cup chocolate sauce

1 Tbsp chopped nuts

Method

  1. Place bananas on a baking tray and cook for 8 minutes until tender and black
  2. Split the bananas
  3. Top with scoops of ice cream
  4. Add brownie chunks
  5. Swirl with Tatua Dairy Whip Whipped Cream
  6. Decorate with chocolate sauce and chopped nuts
